Refund Policy


General Return Policy (All Sellers)

Faulty on Arrival:
* If your items are faulty on arrival (DOA), you can choose between a Refund or Replacement.
* Please notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods
* Please Contact Us to obtain a RMA number (return for refund) or a EMA number (return for replacement) & return instructions
* Please return the complete Sales Package with all items

Warranty:
* All products come with Warranty. For more information on Warranty, please see our Warranty Page.
* A replacement can be arranged for certain items if we are notified within the Early Life Failure period for the particular item
* A repair warranty of 12 or 24 months is applicable for most mobile phones & tablets. Please see our Warranty Page.

Incorrect Item Supplied:
* In the very rare event the Item supplied is significantly different to the item ordered (eg. wrong model, colour, size etc), we will accept the item back for a full refund or re-supply if the correct product is available.
* We will reimburse reasonable shipping charges by Australia Post.
* Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Change of Mind Returns:
* Due to the nature of the products that are sold on our site - unlike clothing & books etc - returned products can't be put back on the shelf and resold as new. In order to keep our prices low for all Customers, due to the large costs incurred with returned goods, a restocking fee is applicable for all Change of Mind Returns.
- For Goods that are in brand new condition (no visible marks, plastic still on screen, has complete sales package) a 25% restocking fee is applicable.
- For Goods that are in a Used condition, generally we are not able to accept these for a Change of Mind return. We may be able to accept them with a higher restocking fee at our discretion.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. If a Free Shipping promotion or discount was applied to the original order, then the normal applicable shipping charge will be deducted from the Refund. If an item is Returned to a different location than it was shipped from, a $15 transfer fee will be deducted to transfer it to the original warehouse.
